The Board of Supervisors of the Magnolia Creek Community Development District (the “District”) will hold its regular meetings at the Walton County Coastal Branch Library, 437 Greenway Trail, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (850) 334-9055, at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1(800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
The District’s Board of Supervisors may utilize communications media technology for the upcoming meeting due to the current COVID-19 public health emergency and in the event the Governor’s Special Order permit for such. Please check back for updates as we near the upcoming meeting.
